The products given each month are based on stock levels but we'll always try and give a nice mixture of products and scents.
This subscription renews until cancelled.
*Please note customers from outside of the U.K will still incur shipping charges.
Oils, Balms n Butters Subscription
Please be aware that you may cancel your subscription whenever you would like to, After cancelling products will not be sent out.
You can also contact us should you wish to terminate your subscription.
1. YOUR STATUS
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
1.1 you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
1.2 you are at least 18 years old;
1.3 you are resident in one of the Serviced Countries; and
1.4 you are accessing our site from that country.
2.1 Subscription cancellations can be made at any time by yourself or by us on your behalf. Cancellations will not cancel payments already made and products may have already been shipped.
2.2 Subscriptions can be cancelled by Opie's beard co at any time without prior warning. payments will cease to be taken immediately.
2.3 We reserve the right to make small changes to the subscription plan, however the general oil, balm or butter will always remian. We will most likely make changes to include new products.
2.4 Alternate products may be sent if the intended product is out of stock.
2.5 subscription products cannot be delayed altered.
3.1 Payment failure. Any payment failure will result in the subscription being automatically terminated and all progress lost
3.2 Payments are automatically taken on the day and around the same time as your purchase, we cannot alter or change this date.
3.3 Details entered when purchasing the subscription package must be correct, any orders sent to the incorrect address will not be replaced or refunded.
3.4 refunds cannot be given on items from sent from our subscriptions. Missing items, damaged items, or faulty items will of course be replaced.
4.1 If your subscription does not arrive within 10 working days of payment please contact us so we can check on the delivery and resend if needed.
